We have benefited enormously from the high level of professionalism of the GR staff. From the first enquiries to project planning and on-site implementation – everything was always quick, solution-oriented, proactive, and provided under fair conditions. On site, we were particularly impressed by the high level of commitment to solving unexpected problems, which always occur at a congress with more than 1,500 participants and 80 exhibitors, to everyone's satisfaction. And on top of all that, GR works together with one of the best catering companies in Slovenia, whose services sent our participants into rapture.

The Kersnikova Institute chose the GR Ljubljana to host the ECSITE conference, an event featuring a wide range of activities, diverse layouts, and complex technical requirements. The venue provided us with immense design flexibility, as the halls offer a truly broad spectrum of possibilities and solutions. A major advantage is also its city-center location, which greatly simplified access, logistics, and the overall execution of such a large-scale international event for both participants and the organizing team.

Ljubljana Fashion Week finally found room to breathe with its move to the Steklena Hall, as the space is perfectly sized and airy for this type of event. We also enjoyed excellent cooperation with the exceptionally responsive GR team, who collaborated seamlessly with our contractors. The result was fantastic feedback from designers, visitors, and the media alike, including the international press, who unanimously agreed that this year's edition was the best to date.

What truly set the experience apart was the venue team. Having delivered international conferences and exhibitions across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for over 20 years, we can confidently say the Ljubljana team ranks among the very best we have collaborated with. Their communication was excellent, making the entire process feel easy, and their flexibility with planning was invaluable.

A big thank you also to Miha Gartner and the entire staff of GR Ljubljana and its partners, who made sure that everything ran smoothly at the session venue from a practical and technical perspective. Despite the hectic and sometimes intense moments, it was particularly nice to be greeted with smiles and to be dealing with such a pleasant and professional team.
